eVV 2.0 is a mobile app that serves as a two-way communication platform for the Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSE&L) in Jharkhand. The platform is integrated with school-level parameters to monitor key indicators to ensure the effective delivery of quality education to all schools in Jharkhand.It is a mobile app that will enable the users to capture key parameters related to school infrastructure, delivery of schemes, learning outcomes, program implementation, academic initiatives, resource management etc.
